I have been back in the treatment room and studio for in-person work with clients /students for a while, and I have taken this past week to pause and sort through some of the many changes that have occurred over the past 1.5 years.
I am grateful for the opportunities I have had to study, learn, and work with clients/students on-line/remotely.
Over the past year and a half, I have taken ongoing courses in Advanced Myofascial work (Til Luchau), Zoga Movement Therapy (Wojciech Cackowski), Body Mind Centering (Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen), and Zena Rommett Floor Barre (Diane Arvanites).
The classes I have taken have introduced me to new concepts/perspectives, deepened my understanding of concepts I was familiar with, and offered me new tools to use in my work with clients/students.
I am pleased with how seamlessly this all integrates, and with the results my clients/students are experiencing.
You can find out more about what I do/how I do it by looking through my website, BodyworkBeyondMassage.com
